Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind Pelkora Clean and want every customer to have a positive experience. Please read our policy below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@pelkora.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.
Opened or Used Products
Because Pelkora Clean is a consumable hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your results, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and, if unresolved, issue a replacement or refund.
Buyer's Remorse
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on opened products. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will cancel it for a full refund.
