Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed past the estimated window, email us at support@pelkora.com with your order number. We'll investigate promptly and make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Pelkora ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.
