All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you'll be billed. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelkora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Virginia courts.
